Integrate with SAP (20+ modules), Oracle, Salesforce, mainframes, and custom apps. Each system has unique APIs, auth mechanisms, and data formats. The platform had to normalize data from 50+ sources in real-time.
Monitor millions of access events daily to detect Segregation of Duties (SoD) violations (e.g., creating AND approving invoices). Alerts had to be instant with a low false-positive rate to avoid 'alert fatigue.'
Fortune 500 contracts require 99.99% uptime (max 4.3 mins downtime/month). The system required multi-region redundancy, zero-downtime deployments, and immediate failover capabilities.
The platform itself had to be SOC2 Type II certified. It needed complete audit trails, immutable logs, and workflows designed to pass rigorous SOX, GDPR, and HIPAA audits.
